Cancellation Policy
SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY 1. Cancellation of Services! To cancel service, customer must submit email to danille@memoriesbydanille.com expressing cancelation of service. Service started prior to cancellation if not fully stuffed/completed requires a non refundable $35.00 cancellation fee. You'll know when service has been successfully canceled with details via sms/text or email confirmation advising service canceled with rescheduling details if applicable, if cancellation received and service started you'll be informed of cancellation and fee. If service completed you'll be advised service completed cannot be canceled. Cancel at Email: [danille@memoriesbydanille.com] 2. Service Termination: Upon customer-provided notice of cancellation, services will ✔️ terminate immediately if not completely stuffed prior to cancellation started service has $35.00 fee upon cancellation. 3. Early Cancellation: ✔️ Customer may cancel service, without penalty, by providing written notice via email prior to scheduled service started. 4. Cancellation Fee. Customer ✔️ is not required to pay a cancellation fee when canceled prior to service started. However if service starts customer ✔️ agrees to pay a fee of $35.00 upon cancellation of service(s). If balloon has been completely stuffed customer is not able to cancel order, Service is non refundable. 5. Merchant Initiated Cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel service if the customer’s non responsive to SMS Text, Email(s) or Phone call for order processing/completion. 6. Other Terms and Conditions. [TERMS AND CONDITIONS] To cancel a Stuffed Balloon Order, you must do so prior to service started. Once service starts you are not able to cancel order without penalty fee. Order must be delivered within 72 hours of service completion, unless otherwise approved at booking via Email or customer preferred method of contact.
