Once we receive your item, we immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s). If your return is approved, we(MemoriesByDanille)refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Intimates, soaps, candles, gift cards, business in a box(BIAB) and stuffed balloon gifts are nonrefundable and cannot be returned. *Important information during pandemic(s) refunds/exchanges will not be processed nor allowed. *Return shipping labels are sent to customer via email entered at checkout.
