Intimates, soaps, candles, gift cards, business in a box(BIAB) and stuffed balloon gifts are nonrefundable and cannot be returned. *Important information during pandemic(s) refunds/exchanges will not be processed nor allowed. *Return shipping labels are sent to customer via email entered at checkout.
