If your return is approved, we(MemoriesByDanille)refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Intimates, soaps, candles, gift cards, business in a box(BIAB) and stuffed balloon gifts are nonrefundable and cannot be returned. *Important information during pandemic(s) refunds/exchanges will not be processed nor allowed. *Return shipping labels are sent to customer via email entered at checkout. Effective 5/6/2024 we offer free return shipping on exchanges. Customer must print and attach return shipping labels to goods packaging. Refunds and exchanges are completed within 14 days.
