Refund/Return Policy ​ Thanks for shopping at MemoriesByDanille! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Returns, you have 14 calendar days from customer received date to return item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/new in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original item packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and tag(s) attached. MemoriesByDanille Return & Refund Policy will take place as such. Once we receive your item, we immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s). If your return is approved, we(MemoriesByDanille)refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Intimates, soaps, candles, gift cards, business in a box(BIAB) and stuffed balloon gifts are nonrefundable and cannot be returned. *Important information during pandemic(s) refunds/exchanges will not be processed nor allowed. *Return shipping labels are sent to customer via email entered at checkout. Effective 5/6/2024 we offer free return shipping on exchanges. Customer must print and attach return shipping labels to goods packaging. Refunds and exchanges are completed within 14 days. Shipping cost for return refunds are non refundable.
